A deposit of 50% is due at the time of drop off.
Payment in full is due in full before fiber is shipped or upon pickup. A fee of 10% will be added 30 days after the final bill is issued. After 60 days the fiber will become the property of Alpaca Pines LLC. Fiber will be shipped UPS ground to be paid by the customer. After fiber has been received you will be given an approximate turn around time. Your deposit is non refundable. The only exception to this would be if your fiber does not meet the standareds of the mill. Deposits will go towards your complete balance due. If the fiber can't be spun into yarn but may be carded into roving , clients will be notified. When fiber is dropped off or mailed in, you as a client of Alpaca Pines LLC agree to these terms.
